Graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków. Since 1991, he has been involved in data analysis software, in particular statistical data analysis and data mining software. He became the president of Predictive Solutions Sp. z o.o. in 1998 (formerly known as SPSS Polska). Piotr is involved in implementations of analytical solutions that use SPSS tools to provide analytical support for decision-making in business and public administration. He promotes practical application of modern methods of data analysis to aid decision-making in management. Co-author of the vision of the analytical solutions by Predictive Solutions: PS IMAGO PRO, PS CLEMENTINE PRO, PS QUAESTIO PRO, PS AML, PS ACRM, PS FRAUD, and PS VINDICATIO.

VP International

Martin Young is VP International responsible for all markets worldwide outside of Poland. Previously he worked at IBM as C&EE Sales Leader for Predictive Analytics (SPSS). Prior to that he worked at SPSS Inc as EMEA Sales Leader for Predictive Analytics. All told, he has 25 years of experience in his field and has spent the last 20 years working and living in the Czech Republic. He specializes in deploying predictive analytics to help attract, grow and retain customers and assess fraud and risk potential. He has led teams to deliver predictive analytics based solutions in telecommunications, banking, insurance, manufacturing, energy & utilities and retail.

With Predictive Solutions from the very beginning. He is in charge of Consulting and Training Courses. Janusz is a lecturer specialising in statistical methodology and techniques and data mining. His every-day work involves participation and management in consulting projects to solve business problems using predictive analyses and classic market research techniques. His speciality is behavioural analysis of customers of financial institutions.

Graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology where he was involved in application of numerical methods and IT in the mining industry. His engineering background draws him towards the technological side of analyses. Works with Predictive Solutions from the very beginning. His field is analytical applications for statistical data analysis, data mining, and IT solutions that utilise these applications. He is responsible for technological development of products.

Graduated from the Cracow University of Technology and an MBA programme at National Louis University. He completed PMI, Prince 2, and Agile project management trainings. His every-day work involves management in consulting projects to solve business problems using data mining and predictive applications. He worked in: fraud prevention, anti money laundering, sales support, risk assessment, etc. In Predictive Solutions projects, he cooperated with various financial institutions, including: PKO BP, BZ WBK, Multibank, BGŻ BNP Paribas, Getin Bank, Itau Bank (Argentina), and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Poland.

With Predictive Solutions for over 10 years. He graduated from the Jagiellonian University and the University of Economics in Kraków. His career is bound with his education in statistical analyses, data mining and trade education in banking. He has tremendous experience in using predictive analysis, particularly in finances and administration. His speciality is use of predictive analyses to support sales and debt collection. He advocates for combination of predictive analyses and questionnaire studies.

 

Predictive Solutions was born in 1991 – the year Companion, a distributor of data analysis and mathematical analysis software, was created. A few years later in 1996 our SPSS Training Centre was established.

 

1998 brought big changes driven by further developments of the SPSS technology and increased demand for statistical analysis products. This was the year SPSS Polska, the exclusive distributor of SPSS software in Poland, was created and the year in which the first Polish version of SPSS Statistics 10.0 was released.

 

In 2005 our first SPSS user conference “koRELACJE” took place and in 2009 we published our first monthly e-newsletter “ekSPreSS”.

 

The rapid growth in the use and importance of data analysis in business and public administration formed the backdrop to the acquisition by IBM Corp. of SPSS Inc. in 2009 and inclusion of the SPSS technology into the IBM Business Analytics portfolio (IBM SPSS).

 

In 2010 SPSS Polska changed its name to Predictive Solutions and became an IBM Premier Business Partner and IBM Support Providing Partner for IBM SPSS software.

 

Today, we develop a range of business solutions – with IBM SPSS technology still very much at the core – that meet the needs of users from many different industries. We provide a data analysis and reporting system, PS IMAGO PRO; a survey research and feedback platform, PS QUAESTIO PRO; and a predictive analysis & deployment system, PS CLEMENTINE PRO. We also provide business solutions for specific verticals for increasing marketing and sales efficiency, fraud detection, anti-money laundering, and debt collection support.
